During their seaside honeymoon, newlyweds Pratim and his wife Tanwi stay at a hotel once owned by Pratim's missing uncle, Biren, a traveler obsessed with books and nature. As Pratim begins to change in disturbing ways, he becomes entangled with Biren's mysterious legacy and a dark vision born from the clash between civilization and the environment. What follows is a psychological descent that threatens both his marriage and his life.
